Yes. Premium and Ultimate route eligible jobs to higher-tier models and resolutions described on the plan cards—for example, Nano Banana access and 720P video where your plan includes it. Free stays on Basic routing and 480P video limits.
You can change plans or cancel renewal at any time from Settings —Plans & Billing or your payment provider's customer portal. There are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, paid features typically remain available until the end of the current billing period; we do not refund unused time in that period.
Yiluna provides immediate access to digital tools and metered AI generation. Subscription charges and credits that have been issued or used are not refundableexcept where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals—it does not reverse charges for the current term. For billing questions or account issues, email [email protected]; we usually reply within three business days.
We may change plan pricing or credit allotments as models and infrastructure evolve. If you are on an annual plan, the rate shown at checkout applies for that paid term. Any changes to future renewals will be reflected on the Pricing page before they take effect.
Premium and Ultimate jobs are processed in priority queues, so you should see shorter waits under normal load. During extreme demand or if usage patterns look abusive, we may still apply fair-use throttling to protect service stability for all customers.
