1. Purpose

This Commercial Use Policy explains when you may use Yiluna-generated or edited outputs for commercial projects such as advertising, client work, product listings, and paid publications. It supplements our Terms of Service and Pricing descriptions.

2. Plan-based rights

Commercial rights depend on your active plan:

• Free plan: Outputs are for personal experimentation and non-commercial evaluation only, unless we expressly state otherwise in-product. Free exports may include a visible watermark.
• Premium and Ultimate plans: While your subscription is active and in good standing, you may use watermark-free exports for commercial client and business projects, subject to the restrictions below.
• After cancellation or downgrade, you may continue to use outputs you already exported during an eligible paid period, but new generations follow the limits of your current plan.

3. What commercial use includes

Subject to your plan, permitted commercial uses include:

• Marketing and social campaigns for your brand or clients.
• E-commerce product imagery and lifestyle composites.
• Pitch decks, storyboards, and pre-production concept frames.
• Editorial and advertising layouts where you have secured any third-party rights in reference materials.

4. Restrictions and your responsibilities

Commercial rights do not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, likenesses, or copyrighted characters that may appear in prompts or uploads. You are solely responsible for obtaining model releases, brand permissions, and legal clearance before publishing.

You may not imply endorsement by Yiluna or our model providers. You may not resell raw access to the Service or offer generation-as-a-service using your account without written permission.

Outputs must comply with our Terms, including prohibitions on illegal content, deception, and infringement.

5. Watermarks and attribution

Free-tier exports may include a Yiluna watermark. Removing or obscuring that watermark without an eligible paid plan is not permitted.

Paid plans designed for commercial use provide watermark-free exports where stated on the Pricing page. Attribution to Yiluna is appreciated but not required for eligible paid exports unless a specific feature states otherwise.

6. No legal clearance warranty

Because outputs are AI-generated, similarity to existing works may occur. Yiluna does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that any output is free of third-party claims. Review outputs before commercial release, especially for high-visibility campaigns.

7. Enterprise and custom licensing

Teams needing extended redistribution rights, API access, or custom data-processing terms should contact [email protected] for enterprise arrangements.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as plans evolve. The Last updated date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes affecting paid entitlements will be communicated where required.
