1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Yiluna AI Studio (the "Service") operated by Yiluna. By creating an account, clicking "Generate", purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Yiluna provides AI-assisted tools to create and edit images, draft video concepts, and run utility workflows such as background removal and prompt enhancement. Outputs are generated algorithmically; we do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, legal clearance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Features, models, credit costs, and availability may change. Plan entitlements, watermarks, and commercial rights are described on the Pricing page and in our Commercial Use Policy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or abuse credits or infrastructure.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Free and paid plans include daily or monthly credits as described on the Pricing page. Credits are consumed when you run eligible jobs. Unused credits may not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Creem (or successor payment processors). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan and billing interval you select. Prices, taxes, and currency are shown at checkout.

You may cancel a subscription through account billing settings or the payment provider portal where available. Cancellation stops future charges; access to paid benefits typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Yiluna provides immediate access to digital tools and metered AI generation. Subscription charges and credits that have been issued or used are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals—it does not reverse charges for the current term.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, and failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until resolved.

5. Acceptable use

Yiluna may use automated and third-party content moderation before prompt-based generation or editing. Prompts that are denied, flagged, or cannot be safely reviewed may be rejected without consuming generation credits.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal content, malware, or material that exploits or harms minors.
• Generate, request, upload, edit, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, fetish, or adult content, including explicit nudity, sexual acts, adult services, or content intended primarily for sexual arousal.
• Create or sexualize content involving minors or anyone who appears to be under 18, including fictional, stylized, or ambiguous-age characters.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes intended to deceive or defame, or content that infringes privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against individuals or groups.
• Attempt to bypass safety systems, scrape the Service at scale, resell access without authorization, or interfere with infrastructure.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required by law or platform policy.

6. Your content and outputs

You retain rights to prompts and uploads you supply, subject to third-party rights in underlying materials. Subject to your plan and our Commercial Use Policy, we grant you a license to use outputs you lawfully generate through the Service.

You grant Yiluna a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

We may remove content or disable features that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, brand, software, and documentation are owned by Yiluna or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.

Third-party models, fonts, and assets may be subject to separate licenses visible in-product or in vendor documentation.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, NON-INFRINGING, OR SUITABLE FOR COMMERCIAL RELEASE WITHOUT YOUR OWN REVIEW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YILUNA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO YILUNA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Yiluna against claims arising from your content, your use of outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice for breach, risk, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Yiluna, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes not subject to arbitration, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
